The new geauxcrates.com is live. If the old site was a business card, this one is the whole operation — and it's only version one.

What's in v1

Everything you used to have to call about, the site now just tells you:

• All ten packages with real prices — 10 to 100 crates, $139 to $399 in first-week rental charges. The 10-crate, one-week package also has a $4.15 small-order fee, totaling $143.15 before applicable distance charges, tax, and optional supplies. Extra weeks are listed right there. No "call for pricing," no games.
• Online booking — pick your package, pick your dates, pay in full at booking. No deposit, no surprises.
• Service areas — check your ZIPs across our service area before you book.
• These guides — the blog you're reading is part of the site now: packing how-tos, cost breakdowns, Houston local knowledge, all written by the crew that actually does the moves.

It's the brand refresh made digital: the new wordmark, the Poppy and Cocoa palette, and copy written like a human being. Useful first, clever second.

v2 is already in the works

Here's what we'll say about version two: it's coming in October 2026, and it's already being built. We're not going to list features before they're real — you've seen companies promise a roadmap and deliver a loading spinner. When v2 ships, we'll write the post explaining exactly what changed and why.

What we can say: v1 was about making everything findable and bookable. v2 is about making the whole experience smoother. That's as specific as it gets until it's done.

Seriously. You're the one using this site at 11pm trying to figure out how many crates a two-bedroom needs (it's usually 40 — but check our room-by-room guide).
