Geaux Crates rents reusable moving crates and dollies in 7-day blocks. Packing supplies (bubble wrap and similar items) are sold as outright purchases, not rentals.
Each rental covers one 7-day block at the first-week rate shown on the pricing page. The rental period runs from delivery to scheduled pickup. Extra weeks bill at the flat extra-week rate printed on every package. Extensions must be arranged before your pickup date.
Payment is collected via secure online checkout. Your total is itemized — rental, supplies, and tax — before you pay.
Delivery and pickup are doorstep only — front door, porch, garage, or storage facility. Our team does not enter homes, apartment buildings, or businesses. Crates are typically delivered within 24 hours of payment, seven days a week. On pickup day, equipment must be empty and accessibly staged at your door.
Use crates and dollies for approved moving and storage purposes only. No hazardous materials, illegal uses, or permanent modification. Protect equipment from theft and damage during your rental.
Normal wear is covered. Replacement fees for lost or damaged items: $39.95 per crate, $99.95 per dolly.
No deposit: every booking is paid in full at booking.
Cancellation: 7+ days before delivery, full refund minus the payment processor's non-refundable fee; 72 hours to 7 days, 50% refund; under 72 hours, no refund but one free reschedule within 60 days; after delivery, no refunds. Reschedules are free with 72+ hours' notice, otherwise $25. No-show or no-access re-trips are $25 per leg.
Our liability is limited to the rental fees paid. We are not liable for the contents of crates, external delays, or indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Harris County, Texas.
The version of these terms in effect at the time of your booking applies to your rental.
